Rooted in Harlem, rechartered in 2021
Riverton Pack & Troop 163 was rechartered in 2021 with support from Riverton LLC and Former Judge Marc Whiten. Their belief in Harlem’s youth gave our program new life — and gave a new generation of scouts a place to grow.
